Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Power Top Switch connector.
Turn the ignition on.
Measure the voltage between the Power Top Switch Mux circuit and Ground.
Select the voltage measured.
All
4.9 to 5.2 Volts
Replace the Power Top Switch.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
Below 4.8 Volts

Above 5.3 Volts

Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Power Top Switch connector.
Disconnect the Window Regulator Module connector.
Measure the resistance between Ground and the Power Top Switch Mux circuit.
Is the resistance below 1000.0 ohms?
All
Yes
→ Repair the Power Top Switch Mux circuit for a short to ground.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
No
→ Replace the Window Regulator Module in accordance with the
Service Information.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.

Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Power Top Switch connector.
Disconnect the Window Regulator Module connector.
Turn the ignition on.
Measure the voltage between the Rear Window Switch Mux circuit and ground.
Is the voltage above 5.1 volts??
All
Yes
→ Disconnect the Passenger Window Module to ensure high voltage
is not coming from it. If not, repair the Power Top Switch Mux
circuit for a short to voltage.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
No
→ Replace the Driver Window Regulator Module in accordance with
the Service Information.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
