Verify gear. BINDING AND STICKING CONDITION POSSIBLE CAUSE CORRECTION DIFFICULT TO TURN WHEEL 1. Low fluid level. 1. Fill to proper level. 2. Tire pressure. 2. Adjust tire pressure. 3.
