2.8.4 Battery Malfunction C1 101 and C1 102.     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Within 9.4~17V or not?

 

Remove  the  connecting  piece  at  harness  side,  then 

turn  the  ignition  switch  to  the  position  of  ON,  and 

measure the voltage between pin4 (+), pin 8(-), pin4 

(+) and pin 24(-).

 

Measure  the  voltage  of  + 

and - of battery 

Replace HECU

 

Inspect the mounting status of pin4, 8 and 

24  of  connecting  piece  at  harness  side  as 

well as the pin displacement. 

Is the status all right?

 

Measure  the  resistance  between 

pin4  (+)  of  the  connecting  piece 

at harness side and battery (+).

 

Inspect and replace battery

Adjust 

connecting 

piece

and 

correctly  mount  the 

connecting piece. 

Is the status all right?

 

Confirm  and  inspect  the 

grounding condition of pin8 

(-) 

and 

pin24

side.

 

Start the engine, and measure the 

voltage  between  pin4  (+),  8(-), 

4(+) and 24(-).

 

Recheck

Replace AC generator

It is electrified or not? 

After  removing  the  connecting 

pieces  at  harness  side,  confirm  if 

the  pin25  at  the  harness  side  is 

electrified to ground wire or not.

 

Confirm  if  it  is  electrified 

between 

the 

pin25

harness 

side 

and 

the 

terminals inside fuse box.

 

Inspect and replace the wiring of 

pin25 at harness side.

 

Replace fuse

 

Inspect  the  fuse  (30A)  inside 

fuse box

 

The fuse is normal or not?

 

No

Is the status all 

right? 

Replace HECU

 

Inspect  the  mounting  status  of 

pin25  of  connecting  piece  at 

harness  side  and  its  offsetting 

condition. 

Adjust 

connecting 

piece pin and correctly

2.8.6 Motor Fuse or Motor Malfunction C2 402.

It is electrified or not? 

After  removing  the  connecting 

pieces at harness side, confirm if 

it  is  electrified  between  pin9  at 

harness  side  and  ground  wire  or 

not.

 

Confirm  if  the  pin9  at 

harness  side  is  electrified 

with  fuse  terminal  inside 

the box or not.

 

Inspect and replace the wiring of 

pin9 at harness side.

 

Replace fuse

 

Confirm if the motor fuse is 

burnt out or not.

 

The fuse is normal or not?

 

No 

Yes

Is the status all 

right? 

Replace HECU

 

Inspect the mounting status of pin9 

of connecting piece at harness side 

and its offsetting condition.

 

Adjust

Remove  the  connecting  piece  of 

harness, and measure the resistance 

between  the  No.8  and  24  pin  and 

ground wire. 

 

It is less than 1Ω or not?

 

Confirm 

and 

inspect 

the 

grounding  status  of  No.  8  and 

No. 24 pin. 

 

Replace HECU
