SEAT LOCK 

Insert the key into the ignition switch and turn the key clockwise to open the seat.
Open the glove box, use the lever to open the seat by manual when power cut.

Notice: lock the seat when driving 

Trunk:

1. Open the seat and the trunk

 

will

 

be

 

opened

Raincoat

tools, books and some newspapers can 

be put in.
2. Max. Load capacity is 10.0 kg.
3. Close the seat, and the trunk will be locked.

INSPECTION BEFORE DRIVING

To ensure the performance and safety, a routine

 

inspection shall be performed before daily drive.

FUEL LEVEL

Once the fuel is insufficient, please refill the fuel

 

tank in time. (Refer to fuel gauge on Page 9

)

alcohol

.

Be careful not to allow any dust ,water or other pollutants into fuel tank when refilling.

Fuei level cannot be over fuel retainer when filling fuel.

Warning 

Gasoline is flammable and it may be exploded under certain conditions, therefore refilling shall 

be made in a well-ventilated area after the engine has been shut down. No smoking or lighting of

 spark is permitted in gas station

 

or

storage

Do not over fill the tank, the amount of refilled fuel shall be kept below the fuel level mark lock the

 cap after refilling 

Gasoline is poisonous. Faint or death may occur if gasoline is swallowed, do

in

 

the

CHECKING ENGLINE OIL 
CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL 

1. Park the scooter on a level surface and support it 
with its central

 

stand. Remove the oil dip rod

(1)

and

 clean it with a rag. Insert the oil

 

dip rod without screwing 

tight. Remove again and check oil level.
2. If the oil level is at the Lower Limit

 ( 2 ) , 

fill

 

the

 

crankcase

 

with

 

SAE15W-40/SG engine oil till the

 oil level is between Upper

 

Limit

 ( 3) 

and

 

Lower

 

Limit

Install

 

and

 

tighten

 

the

 

oil

 

dip

 

rod

Check

 

for any

 

leakage

.

BRAKE
FRONT & REAR BRAKES

Check the brake fluid level: Brake fluid should be above the

 LOWER mark.

Notice: Use only DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid

Replace the front and rear brake disk if the thickness is less

 than 3mm

.

TIRE

This scooter is assembled

 

with

 

tubeless

 

tires

Only

 

tires

 

marked

 

with

 “

TUBELESS TIRES 

APPLICABLE

” 

can

 

be

 

used

.

Proper tire pressure will provide you maximum stability, comfort riding and longer tire life. Please

 check the tire pressure periodically and adjust if necessary.

Notice: Check the tire pressure while the tire is cool.

      

Tubeless

function

If

 

the

 

tire

 

is

 

punctured

it

 

will

 

leak

 

slowly

Check

 

the

 

tire

 

frequently

 

if

 

the

 

tire

 

is

 

punctured

when

 

the

 

tire

 

cannot

 

be

 

inflated

 

properly.

Check the tires for any cut, nail or other sharp objects, and the rim for any indentation or deformation.
In case of any damage, consult the local dealer for repairing, replacing and adjustment of the wheel

 balance.

Over

 

inflation

the

 

tire

rim.

Driving with excessively worn-out tire may cause danger due to decreased adhesion and steering 
stability.
When the tread height of the tire reaches the mark 

“ △ ”, 

the

 

tire

 

should

 

be

 

replaced

.

STARTING THE ENGINE

Rear wheel may run if it is not braked.

          

A

 

running

 

wheel

 

may

 

cause

 

injury

.

Insert the key into main switch, and turn to “         ”
Turn kill switch to “        ”

Return side

 

stand

Hold the rear brake to lock the rear wheel.
Press start button to start engine.

Notice:

Release the start button as soon as the

 

engine

 

is

 

started

Do

 

not press the start button while the

 engine is running. Otherwise the engine may be damaged.

Only when the sides stand returns and brake lever is held, the engine

 

can

 

be

 

started

.

The start button must not be pressed for longer than 3 seconds. If the engine can not be started,

 release the start button for 10 seconds.

If the motorcycle

 

has

 

been

 

suspended

 

from

 

service

 

for

 

a

 

long

 

time

 

or

 

there

 

is

 

not

 

fuel

 

in

 

the

 

tank

the

 

starting

 

time

 

will

 

be

 

longer

.

Do not release the rear brake

 

lever

 

before

 

start

.

DRIVE THE SCOOTER

During driving or after the engine has just stooped, the muffler is very hot. Contacting the muffler

 may cause serious burn. Therefore please wear trousers, avoid contacting the uncovered part of
 the muffler.

Do not wear slack cloths, which may result in sleeves or trousers getting caught with pedals, wheels 
and tires.
Any attachments installed on the scooter must be in accordance with the regulations of local

 authorities.

Any attempt to refit or disassemble

 

the

 

original

 

parts

 

to

 

or

 

from

 

the

 

scooter

 

is

 

illegal

 

and mat

 

cause

 

danger

.

1.Push scooter forward, and hold the main stand.
2.Sit on the seat with right foot on the footrest and left foot on the ground.

When driving down a steep slope, release the throttle, and engage the front and rear bake simulta-
neously.

PARKING

When you want to park the scooter, release the throttle, then engage the front and rear brake simu-

is stopped. Turn the start key to “        ” 

stop the engine. Step on the main

 stand with right foot, lift the scooter by holding the rear bracket and park the scooter. 

Lock the handlebar and pull out the key(Refer to page 8).

1. Lock the handlebar and never leave the key in the main switch.

MAINTANENCE INTERVALS

The maintenance interval is based on the accumulated

 

mileage

 

and

 

is

 

the

 

guideline

 

for

 

mainte-

nance

 

and

 

lubrication

 

of

 

the

 

scooter

The

 

maintenance

 

interval

 

shall

 

be

 

shorter

 

if

 

the

 

scooter

 

always works in foul conditions at high speed. Please consult our local dealer for maintenance. If

 the scooter has been overhauled or collided, please consult technicians of the local dealer to check
 the main parts such as the frame, steering part, and suspension.

NOTICE: 

To maintain the reliability and safety of the scooter, never refit it.

If necessary to adjust the emission, consult a specialized center

.

To avoid injury, maintenance shall be performed after the engine has been stopped and the scooter
 has been kept in stable position. 

NOTICE: 

If the scooter shall be suspended from service for more than one month or in winter, mai-

ntenance shall be carried out to prevent the fuel, the tire, and the battery from deteriorated or eroded.

MAINTENANCE

AIR CLEANER
Air cleaner is located up under the seat.
1. Remove air cleaner bolts

①;

2. Remove top cover

② ;

3. Take out air cleaner filter element 

③ ;

4. Clean filter element with non-combustible or high flash

 

point

 

solvent

and

 

then

 

air-dry

 

it

.

Never clean the filter element with gasoline or low flash

 point solvent. 

NOTICE:

  Clean the dust and oil stains on the filter 

element with cleaning detergent.Squeeze

 dry the detergent.Soak the element in oil. 

Do not fully dry the oil-soaked element.
Replace the filter element it is damaged.

RADIATOR

Radiator is located at the front of direction, clean the dust and mud from the radiator periodically

 according to the road condition.

COOLANT TYPE

Only use the high quality Ethylene Glycol based antifreeze with erosion inhibitor, which is

 

special

 

for

 

aluminum

 

engines

This

 

scooter

 

has

 

been

 

filled

 

with

 

coolant

 

contains

 5 0% 

anti

-

freezer

 

and

 5 0 % 

water

.

NOTICE: 

Coolant

 

should

 

not

 

be

 

substituted

 

with

 

water

 

or

 

other

 

liquid

 

to

 

avoid

 

damage

 

to

 

the

 

engine

.

CHECKING COOLANT CAPACITY

1, Remove

 

the

 

front storage cover, check auxiliary radiator coolant storage capacity.(Refer to page 4).

2, If the coolant level is at the L mark, remove the auxiliary radiator cover to add coolant untill the
 coolant level is up to the H mark.
3, The coolant capacity between H and L is 130ml-300ml.
4, Cooling circulating system liquid capacity: 2100ml.

ENGINE OIL

High quality engine oil is of ideal performance. Only high quality scooter engine oil SG with high

 de-pollution performance can be used, no additive

 

is

 

needed

.

RECOMMENDED ENGINE OIL:

SG Grade

VISCOCITY

The viscocity of the engine oil shall be in accordance with the local climate condition. The figure on

 the right provided a guideline for selecting the engine oil viscocity for different atmospheric temp-

eratures.

REPLACING AND CLEANING OF THE FIRST, SECOND ENGINE OIL FILTER

ENGINE OIL CAPACITY

●The first engine oil filter position see pic1. The second engine oil filter position see pic2.

Pic3: At the position of pic1, remove the filter screen cover 1, O ring 2, compression spring 3, filter

 screen 4 from the right crankcase comp 5, check the O ring damage(if damaged, replace), clean the
 filter screen cover, O ring, filter screen compression spring.

Filter screen: In cold weather, replace the engine crankcase oil, warm-up the engine in idle speed

 5-10 mins, then start to replace the enigne crankcase oil.
