Use lubricant to press in bonded rubber mounting e.g. 
lubricant G 294 421 A1  

 

Pressing in front control arm bushing 

Pressing out/in control arm rear bushing

Bushing must be pressed in flush on upper side. 

Subframe, removing and installing

Removing

 

- Remove wheel. 

- Remove noise insulation.
