Combination meter

The combination meter receives tire pressure status from the BCM via 
CAN communication. The combination meter will display the low tire pres-
sure warning lamp when a low tire pressure or system malfunction is de-
tected by the BCM.

• Tire pressure receiver is integrated in BCM.

• The tire pressure receiver receives the tire pressure signal trans-

mitted by the tire pressure sensor in each wheel.

• The BCM reads the tire pressure signal received by tire pressure

receiver, and controls the low tire pressure warning lamp opera-

tions. It also has a judgment function to detect a system malfunc-

tion.

A low tire pressure warning or flat tire warning is shown on the vehi-

cle information display when they are transmitted from the BCM to

combination meter via CAN communication.
