When changing torsion bars on a 1999 440 XC SP and XCF SP, you will have to replace the torsion bar bushings
(PN 5433234) and the torsion bar slide (PN 5433329). The torsion bar slide and bushing will come with 1/2

2000 Edge Radius Rods

2000 XCF SP and 440 XC SP, radius rods have both inner and outer rod ends for adjustability. The inner rod ends
are turned 22



(upper) and 28



(lower) from the outer ends. When adjusting or replacing radius rods/ends, make

sure the inner end is turned as shown in the illustrations. When radius rods are installed, remove shocks and
move the front suspension through its range of motion to make sure there is no binding in the rod ends.
