Welding in place 

  

  

-  Install new part with vehicle standing on its 

wheels or on alignment fixture and tack weld.

  

  

-  Check gaps/mating lines to adjacent parts.

    

-  Weld in inner A-pillar, RP-spot weld seam.

-  Weld remaining joint, SG-plug weld seam.
