Removing and installing door window

Note

Removal and installation are described only for the right door

window. The removal and installation of the left door window is

similar.

Carry out following work:
– Removing front door trim ⇒  General body repairs, interior;

Rep. gr.  70 ; Door trim .

– Remove cover -2- 

⇒ page 86

 .

– Lever off cap -5-.
– Lower door window -1- until clamping bolts -3- for door window

are accessible.

If this part of the work cannot be done due to a fault in window regulator motor -6-, the latter can be removed

The window can then be pushed to required working position.

2. Front door window

– Loosen clamping bolt -3- by turning it clockwise (do not re‐

move) and press clamping jaws -4- apart.

– Lift door window -1- upwards out of clamping jaws -3-

-arrows a-.

– Lift door window -1- from behind and swing forwards out of

window channels -2- -arrow b-.
