(c) Using a hammer handle and piston ring compressor, push the

correctly numbered piston and connecting rod into the

Torque:

40 N·m {408 kgf·cm, 30ft·lbf}

(h) Step 2:

(2) Tighten the cap bolts another 90° as shown in the

illustration in the order in step 1.

(3) Check that the painted marks are now at a 90° angle to

the front.

(i) Check that the crankshaft turns smoothly.
