BRAKE DISC RUN OUT

1. Fasten a dial indicator to the brake disc side and

measure the run out by rotating the disc.

2. If lateral run out exceeds the specification, replace

the brake disc to prevent the pedal’s vibration at
braking.

Run Out Limit

0.03 mm (Disc only)

0.07 mm (On vehicle)

FRONT BRAKE

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front wheel and remove the brake hose

from the brake caliper.

Notice: Be carefully to prevent the brake fluid loss
and contamination.

2. Remove the cylinder mounting bolt and remove

the disc pad and the cylinder.

3. Remove the caliper mounting bolt and remove the

caliper assembly.
