ARE FUSED AND NOT MOVED, OR
A RETURN SPRING IS BROKEN OR
DETERIORATED

DISCONNECTED STARTER SWITCH WIRING CONNECTOR, AND CHECK STARTER SWITCH OPERATION.

THERE MUST BE NO CONTINUITY EXCEPT ABOVE LINES
