COMPRESSOR HA-31 < REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION > C D E F G H J K L M A B HA N O P COMPRESSOR : Removal and Installation INFOID:0000000009651577 CAUTION: Perform lubricant return operation before each refrigeration system disassembly. However, if a large 22, "Perform Lubricant Return Operation" REMOVAL 1. Use a refrigerant collecting equipment (for HFC-134a) to discharge the refrigerant. Refer to 2. Remove engine under cover. Remove mounting bolts (A), and then disconnect low-pressure CAUTION: • Plug low-pressure port and high-pressure port of com- pressor to prevent compressor oil leakage. • Cap of wrap the joint of the low-pressure flexible hose, high-pressure flexible hose, and compressor with suitable 6. Disconnect magnet clutch harness connector (A), and then 7. Remove return tube fixing clamps, and then move return tube to secure work space. Refer to 8. Remove compressor mounting bolts, and then remove compressor from the right side of the vehicle. INSTALLATION Note the following items, and then install in the reverse order of removal. CAUTION: • Tighten compressor mounting bolts in numerical order as shown in the figure. • Replace O-rings with new ones.
