REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Bumper fascia is made of resin. Never apply strong force to it, and be careful to prevent contact with
oil.

Bumper reinforcement

Bumper energy absorber

3.

Bumper reinforcement lower

4.

Front grille

5.

Front fog lamp bracket RH

6.

Bumper side bracket RH

7.

Grommet

8.

Bumper fascia assembly

9.

Bumper bracket cover

10. Spring nut

Front fog lamp bracket LH

< REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION >

FRONT BUMPER

1.

Fully open hood assembly.

2.

Remove fender protector fixing clips and screws to access bumper fascia assembly fixing screw, and then
remove bumper fascia assembly fixing screws (LH/RH).

3.

Remove bumper fascia assembly lower side fixing clips.

4.

Pull bumper fascia assembly side toward the vehicle side as
shown by the arrows in the figure, and then disengage bumper
fascia assembly from bumper side brackets (LH/RH).

CAUTION:

When removing bumper fascia, 2 workers are required so
as to prevent it from dropping.

5.

Disconnect front fog lamp harness connectors (LH/RH).

6.

Remove bumper fascia assembly.

CAUTION:

When removing bumper fascia, 2 workers are required so as to prevent it from dropping.

7.

Remove the following parts after removing bumper fascia.
• License plate bracket 
• Front bumper side brackets (LH/RH) 
• Fog lamps (LH/RH). Refer to 

XX-XX, "*****"

• Front grille

8.

Remove bumper energy absorber.

9.

Remove mounting nuts, and then bumper reinforcement.

INSTALLATION

Note the following item, and then install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
After installing, perform fitting adjustment.

REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Bumper fascia is made of resin. Never apply strong force to it, and be careful to prevent contact with
oil.

1.

Fully open back door.

2.

Remove rear combination lamps (LH,RH). Refer to 

XX-XX, "*****"

3.

Remove rear bumper fixing screws (LH,RH).

4.

Remove bumper fascia lower fixing clips.

5.

Remove bumper fascia both ends fixing screws.
