CHECK THE AIR MIXING DAMPER 
CONTROL MOTOR AND 
POTENTIOMETER

Check the air mixing damper control motor

Potentiometer check
When the resistances between terminals 2 and 5 as 
well as terminals 5 and 6 are measured at the air 
mixing damper motor check, the resistance value 
should change gradually within the standard value.

Standard value: Approximately 0.65

MODE SELECTION DAMPER CONTROL 
MOTOR AND POTENTIOMETER CHECK

Mode selection damper control motor check

Potentiometer check
When the resistances between terminals 2 and 5 as

selection damper control motor check, the resistance

value.

BLOWER MOTOR CHECK

Execute actuator test item No.01 to 04 by using 
MUT-II with the vehicle body, and check that the 
blower motor works normally. (Refer to 

P.55B-96

).
