Select and install a proper snap ring so that the end 
play of the rear output shaft bearing will have the 
standard value.

Standard value: 0 

− 0.08 mm

(For rear output shaft bearing end play)

clearance between the annulus gear and rear output 
shaft will have the standard value.

Standard value: 0 

− 0.08 mm

1. Install the thickest snap ring that can be fitted in 

the snap ring groove of the transfer input gear.

2. Make sure that the transfer input gear bearing end 

play meets the standard value.

Standard value: 0 

− 0.06 mm

(For input gear bearing end play)
