Supplemental Restraint System - Driver Lower Air Bag Module

Removal and Installation

Removal

• NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Make the SRS system safe.

Description and Operation).

Release the steering column lever and raise the column
for access.

3. NOTE: If the SRS component is to be replaced, the
bar code of the new unit must be recorded.

Torque: 6 Nm

4. NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component
is removed for access only.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
