11 . Remove the rear door armour panel.  

 

 

12 . Using suitable tie straps support the rear door window glass. 

 

 

 

13 . Release the rear door glass support.  

  

 

Remove the retaining bolt.

 

 

 

 

14 . Remove the rear door glass support.  

  

 

Remove the retaining nut.

 

 
 

 

 

15 . NOTE:  

  

Remove the rear door window glass tie straps. 

 
NOTE:  

  

Remove the rear door window glass from the outside of the rear door window glass frame. 

 
Remove the rear door window glass.  

  

1) Reposition the rear door window glass. 

  

2) Remove the rear door window glass. 

 

 

 
 

Installation

 CAUTION: Make sure that only the recommended degreasing and cleaning fluids are used. Failure to 

follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.

this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.  

 
When installing a rear door window glass make sure the products used are of the same specification as listed below.

2 . NOTE:  

  

Install the rear door window glass from the outside of the rear door window glass frame. 

 
Install the rear door window glass.  

  

1) Install the rear door window glass. 

  

2) Reposition the rear door window glass. 

 

 

 

 

3 . Using suitable tie straps support the rear door window glass. 

 

 

 

4 . Install the rear door fixed glass support.  

  

 

Tighten the retaining nut.

 

 

 

5 . Attach the rear door fixed glass support.  

  

 

Tighten the retaining bolt.

 

 

 

6 . Remove the suitable tie straps from the rear door window glass. 

 

 

 

7 . Install the rear door armour panel.  

 

 

8 . Install the rear door handle release cable access panel. 

  

 

Tighten the retaining bolt. 

 

 

 

 

9 . Install the rear door access panel.  

  

 

Tighten the retaining bolts.
