10 . Remove the recirculation blend door actuator. 

 

 

 

Installation  

 

1 . NOTE:  

 

 

Ensure the recirculation blend door operating lever is correctly located. 

 

To install, reverse the removal procedure.  

 

 

 

2 . Tighten to 7 Nm.  

 

 

 

3 . Tighten to 7 Nm.

Sunload Sensor (82.20.70)   

Removal  

 

1 . Detach the sunload sensor trim panel.  

 

 

 

2 . Disconnect the sunload sensor electrical multiplug. 

 

 

 

3 . Remove the sunload sensor.  

 

 

 

Installation  

 

1 . To install, reverse the removal procedure.

1 . Verify the customer concern.  

 

2 . Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.
