Set the switch to

position and the high/low beam switch to high beam

position. Is the fuse intact?

Go to Step 2.

Measure the fuse voltage. Is the voltage normal?

Go to Step 7.

Please replace the damaged fuse. Does it still fail after replacement?

Go to Step 7.

Check the high/low beam switch. Is it normal?

Go to Step 5.

Check switches. Are they normal?

Go to Step 6.

Check wiring harness of instrument panel as per circuit diagram.

Go to Step 8.

Check the high beam signaling device. Does it operate normally?

Go to Step 9.

Check high/low beam and wiring harness connector. Are there intact?

Go to Step 9.

Check lamp connector pin. Is wire well-grounded?

Go to Step 10.

Disconnect the connector between high/low beam and front body harness. Is the
pin voltage normal?

Go to Step 11.

Check connector for good contact and check the front body harness from
connector to lamp as per circuit diagram.

Check connector for good contact and check the instrument panel harness from
fuse to connector as per circuit diagram.

Check lamps and harness connectors and ensure they are normal when the
high beam position is selected.

Disconnect the connector between instrument panel and front body harness. Is

the voltage normal?

Go to Step 4.

Check the front body harness from connector to high beam as per circuit
diagram. Is it intact?

Go to Step 5.

Check the instrument panel harness from fuse to connector as per circuit
diagram.

Is the fuse intact?

Go to Step 7.

Measure the fuse voltage. Is it normal?

Go to Step 8.

Go to Step 11.

Check the instrument panel harness from fuse to connector.

Go to Step 10.

Replace the fuse. Does it still fail after replacement?

measured voltage normal?

Go to Step 5.

Check front body electric harness.

Check instrument panel harness.

Check high/low beam switch and the instrument panel harness from switch to
fuse.

Replace the fuse. Does it still fail after replacement?

Go to Step 4.
