20. Install the special tool on the engine using the generator mounting bolts.

21. Install the special tool on the engine.

22. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to JACKING & 

HOISTING .  

23. Remove the starter solenoid terminal cover.

24. Disconnect the starter motor electrical connections.
