6. Loosen the bolts and position the A/C compressor to gain access to the manifold and tube bolt.

7. Remove the bolt and detach the manifold and tube assembly (19D850).

8. Remove the A/C compressor. 

1. Remove the bolts.  

2. Remove the A/C compressor.

9. To install, reverse the removal procedure. 

z

Install new O-rings lubricated in clean PAG oil.  

z

If filtering of the air conditioning system is not to be performed, correctly oil match the system with
clean PAG oil. Refer to CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM .  

10. If filtering of the refrigerant system is not to be performed, evacuate, leak-test, and charge the refrigerant 

system. Refer to CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM .
