27. Install the ignition coil and spark plug wires. For additional information, refer to 

IGNITION SYSTEMS .  

28. Install the radiator, fan blade assembly and fan shroud. For additional information, refer to 

ENGINE COOLING .  

29. Install the engine air cleaner outlet tube.  

30. Install the sight shield. 

1. Install the sight shield.  

2. Install the screws.

31. Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, 

MOUNTING AND CABLES - F150 PICKUP .  

32. Fill the engine with clean engine oil.  

33. Fill the engine cooling system. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .  

34. Refill the A/C refrigerant system. For additional information, refer to AIR 

CONDITIONING - F150 .  

35. Install the hood.
