Disassembly 

1. Remove the generator (GEN). 

1. Remove the bolt.  

2. Remove the nuts.  

3. Remove the generator.

2. Remove the idler pulley. 

1. Remove the bolt.  

2. Remove the idler pulley.

3. Remove the generator mounting bracket. 

1. Remove the bolts.  

2. Remove the generator mounting bracket.

4. Disconnect the water bypass hose and the heated Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) 

system heater water hose.
