SUNROOF SUNSHADE REPLACEMENT (EXTENDED CAB) Removal Procedure 1. Remove the sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement (Extended Cab) or Sunroof Window Replacement (Crew Cab). 2. Power the sunroof window guides to the fully open position. 1 Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . 2 HeadlinerTrim Panel Console Bracket 3 Sunroof Motor/Actuator Bolt (Qty: 3) Tighten: 4 N.m (35 lb in) 4 Sunroof Motor/Actuator IMPORTANT: If the sunshade spring releases, it will be necessary to rewind it.
