Fuel
Fuel tank capacity:
Gasoline engine: 57 liters
Use the following fuel level only, and
use the high quality fuel containing
the cleaning agents and other
additive agents. Using the lower level
fuel can damage the engine.
If you can’t buy the high quality
gasoline containing additives
temporarily, or when the engine has
such defaults as poor start,
inconsistent idle or poor power and
etc, a proper amount of additives
shall be added when refueling. The
fuel additives play a role in preventing
the engine from corroding and
scaling, and cleaning the fuel system,
and also can prevent the throttle
valve casing from freezing within the
temperature range of 0 to 15
℃.
The Chery Authorized Service Station
has the fuel additives in stock
certified by this company. The staff of
the service station is accomplished in
its application method and the
method to process the scale of
engine, and provide you with warm
service.
Please don’t use the
additives or engine
treatment agents without the
authorization of this company.
These additives aren’t only
unnecessary to use, but also
may damage the engine under
some conditions. This kind of
damage is NOT covered in this
warranty.
You may hear the fizz sound when
you open the fuel filler cap. And this
is normal and can be overlooked.
93# above unleaded gasoline
(its octane value is above 93)
It is no harmful to use the unleaded
gasoline with higher octane value, but
it seems there is no greater
advantage.
The car equipped with the catalytic
converter must use the unleaded
gasoline only.
