Remove differential and drive gear of the 

speedmeter. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove central seat, oil pump and brake C 

assembly. 

Tool: 27# quincunx socket spanner. 

NOTE: 

During disassembling, hold transmission 

firmly. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove the thrust washer C (with flang edge) 

and adjust washer.

Loosen C-type brake band. 

Remove clutch A, clutch B and 2nd gear 

one-way overrunning clutch as an assembly. 

 

 

 

 

Separate clutch A, clutch B and one-way 

overrunning clutch. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Slightly remove the tensioned brake band, 

USE CARE not to bend brake band.

  Remove clutch E and input shaft. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove center shaft, clutch E support and thrust 

bearing together. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove sun gear shaft, clutch A support and 

thrust bearing as an assembly.

Remove sun gear drive drum and thrust bearing. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove the sun gear. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As shown on fig., remove planetery mechanism
