Loosen the tensioner adjusting bolts, and remove the compressor belt. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8.  Remove the four fixing bolts available for mounting the compressor on its support.

1.

 

Remove the pressure plate 

⑴  Apply  the  special  tool  and  pipe  wrench  to 

remove the nuts from the shaft. 

 

⑵  Remove the shim from the shaft. 

 

2.

 

Remove the rotator 

⑴  Apply a special tool to remove the snap ring. 

 

WARNING: 

When  installation,  please  take  care  the  following 

item(s). 

The snap ring’s surface with bevel faces up. 

 

⑵  Apply  a  rubber  hammer  to  tap  the  rotator 

gently.

Remove the stator 

⑴  Detach the joint on the stator; 

⑵  Remove the screws and stator harness; 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

⑶  Apply a special tool to remove

 

the snap ring from the 

stator.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

⑷  Remove the stator.
