Stabilimento Di Castenedolo

Castenedolo Plant

È la sede commerciale, amministrativa ed operativa del Gruppo. I reparti 
di progettazione e sviluppo dei prodotti e i laboratori si avvalgono delle più 
moderne tecnologie e dei più avanzati strumenti informatici. Qui operano 
gli impianti di tornitura, smerigliatura, pulitura e cromatura dei particolari 
metallici, gestiti con sofisticate macchine robotizzate che consentono 
un controllo totale di tutte le fasi di realizzazione del prodotto, oltre alla 
produzione di tubi flessibili, l'assemblaggio ed il confezionamento dei 
prodotti finiti.

This is the Group’s business, administrative and production head office. 
The product planning and development departments and the testing 
laboratories use cutting edge technology and the most recently developed 
computer tools. This is where the metal parts are cleaned, polished and 
chromium-plated; the hoses are produced, assembly is carried out and 
the finished products are packed and forwarded. Everything takes place 
with the use of sophisticated robotized machinery allowing complete 
oversight in each phase of production.

Montichiari Plant

Nell'insediamento di Montichiari, operano i reparti di stampaggio, 
cromatura, stoccaggio ed assemblamento di tutti i prodotti di plastica. 
L’ampliamento attuato nell’anno 2007 ha reso possibile il potenziamento 
dei reparti di stampaggio e la messa in opera di un secondo impianto 
per la cromatura di componenti di plastica. Le soluzioni tecnologiche di 
nuova concezione qui adottate assicurano il massimo livello qualitativo 
dei trattamenti galvanici, mentre il rispetto dell’ambiente è garantito dal 
sistema di depurazione delle acque a circuito chiuso. 
Nel 2019, l’ultimo investimento attuato per convertire un'impianto di 
cromatura della plastica al processo CROMO VI FREE, che significa 
privo di cromo esavalente. E questo sin dalla fase di mordenzatura, 
passaggio fondamentale per l'aderenza del rivestimento al prodotto.

The molding, chrome plating, storage and assembly departments of all 
plastic products operate in the Montichiari site.
In 2007 the plant expanded with the development of the injection 
molding division and the installation of a second state-of-the-art 
chromium plating plant for plastics.
The high technological solutions adopted therein ensure the highest 
quality level of the surface plating, while the respect of environment is 
guaranteed, thanks to a sophisticated closed circuit water treatment 
system. 
In 2019,  the latest investment made is the Trivalent Chromium plating 
for the metallization of plastic, free from hexavalent chromium. And this 
from the etching phase, a fundamental step for the adhesion of the 
coating to the product.

094 - 095 - 022 have a delivery from 10 to 20 working days (2-4 weeks) 
from our order confirmation date. For specific projects, on demand and 
after evaluation, also the other products of the present price list can be

Water-releasing device for DREAM showerheads
All Bossini Dream ceiling-mounted showerheads have a 
built-in air suction duct in the water distribution chamber. 
This device, patented by Bossini, allows you to immediately 
discharge the residual water from the distribution 
chamber when you close the mixer, thereby minimizing 
water stagnation inside the showerhead. It also enables 
the mixing of air and water to give you a bracing water jet.
