Hub, new fitment, assembly

Carefully clean all the parts.

Fit brake disc

 (1).

Refer to 

Disc brake ELSA 22.5 Workshop Manual.

Throw away the plastic bush.

Fit bearing

 (1) "OUTBOARD".

On a press.

Use tool 0173 + 8185.

Insert the bearing.

The press fitting pressure must not exceed

 10 tonnes.

Install tool 2063 + 2215.

Screw in the wheel nuts without tightening.

Return the hub.

Fit bearing

 (1) "INBOARD".
