Hub, previous fitment, assembly

Carefully clean all the parts.

Fit brake disc

 (1).

Refer to 

Disc brake ELSA 22.5 Workshop Manual.

Throw away the plastic bush

 (1).

Apply grease.

Use

56 89 503 148

grease.

On the bearing

 "OUTBOARD".

Fit a new bush

 (1).

Apply grease.

Use

56 89 503 148

grease.

Fit a new spacer

 (2).

On a press.

Use tool 0173 + 8185.

Force fit the bearing ring.

The press fitting pressure must not exceed

 4 tonnes.
