Install brake hose to brake caliper with new copper sealing washers (1). Tighten union bolt (A) to the specified torque. Refer BR-21, "FRONT : Exploded View" CAUTION: • Do not reuse copper sealing washers. 4. Refill reservoir tank with new brake fluid and bleed air from the brake hydraulic system. Refer to . 5. CAUTION: • While removing brake caliper, do not depress brake pedal because piston will pop out. • Do not damage the piston boot. NOTE: • The front brake caliper (LH) is shown. The front brake caliper (RH) is similar. • Do not remove the pad return springs, brake pads, and pad retainers from the torque member when disas- sembling and assembling the brake caliper.
