No. 250Door lock is not self-locked after driving 30 feet

Malfunction Cause

Solution

Malfunction of fuse for
centralized controller

Check fuse of centralized controller for conducting; if it’s broken, the fuse of
centralized controller should be replaced;

Internal malfunction of
centralized controller

Check centralized controller for normal working; if it’s abnormal, the
centralized controller assembly should be replaced;

Malfunction of speed sensor

Check normal function of speedometer and then check if the signal is
transferred to centralized controller; if it’s not working normally, the speed
sensor should be replaced;

Locking latch for left-front door
in poor operation

Check, repair or replace locking latch for left-front door;

Failure of speedometer
indication

Check why the speedometer indicates abnormally, or replace combined
instrument;

Door lock is not
self-locked after
driving 30 feet

Malfunction of harness

Check loop of centralized controller and relative central control locking; if it’s
abnormal, the loop should be checked and repaired;

No. 251 Failure of central control locking while driving

Malfunction Cause

Solution

1. Check if the lockup unit is firm and free of dropping-of; if not, it should
be repaired;

2. Check the lockup unit for blocking; it should be moved freely during
normal working; if it’s blocked, the lockup unit should be replaced;

1. Malfunction of lockup unit

3. Check motor of lockup unit and measure its resistance for short-circuit
or break; if so, it should be replaced;

4. Check fuse of central control for break; if so, the loop should be
checked for short-circuit, grounding and over-current; if so, the fuse
should be replaced after repairing;

2. Malfunction of circuit

5. Check connector for loosing or dropping-off; if so, it should be
repaired;

Failure of central control
either by manual control
or by remote control

3. Centralized controller

6. Centralized controller is damaged internally; the centralized controller
assembly should be replaced;

Failure of central control locking while driving

Loosing or dropping-off of the lockup unit

Blocking of lockup unit

Short-circuit or open circuit of lockup unit motor

Poor contact, short-circuit or open circuit of loop

No. 252 Flashing CGQ alarm indicator for speedometer

Malfunction Cause

Solution

1. Check if the resistance of sensor is in normal range; replace it if
necessary;

2. Lift front wheels and shift the gear; check speed sensor for signal;
replace it if necessary;

1. Malfunction of speed sensor

3. Check speed sensor for dropping-off or poor contact; repair it if
necessary;

2. Malfunction of drive assembly
for speedometer

Check speedometer for blocking or damage, otherwise replace it if
necessary;

2. Malfunction of circuit

4. Check sensor combined instrument loop and all connectors for
short-circuit, open circuit or poor contact; otherwise repair it if necessary;

Flashing CGQ
alarm indicator for
speedometer during
driving

3. Malfunction of combined
instrument

Check internal PCB of combined instrument for fault; otherwise replace
it if necessary;
