3. Take off the expansion tank cover (take the
flange and pull open the cover)
4. Add eligible cooling fluid until the fluid level
reaches the “FULL” mark and then put on the
cover.
5. Screw off the exhaust plug on the warm air
heater’s water outlet pipe that is connected to the
engine to bleed the air in the system as the figure
shows. Add eligible cooling fluid into the system
through the radiator water filler. Screw on the
exhaust plug when the cooling fluid starts to
overflow.

6. Run the engine with the expansion tank cover taken off. When the radiator’s upper
hose becomes hot, slowly add cooling fluid into the radiator until full.
7. Shut off the engine and put the expansion tank cover in place.
Note: the water pressure cover on the left of
the engine is for water pressure adjustment.
Do not take it off or add cooling fluid
through it.
