Por motivos técnicos, por el momento no se puede descartar que, aun siendo
correcta la imagen que aparezca en la pantalla, al imprimir se pierda la
correlación entre el texto y la figura correspondiente.

Si este error pasara desapercibido, existe el riesgo de que los trabajos no se
ejecuten de forma correcta y, por tanto, se produzcan daños personales y
materiales.

• 

→ Por ello le rogamos que tras el proceso de impresión compare siempre las copias impresas con
la imagen de la pantalla. En caso de error, corrija las copias impresas de forma que se
correspondan con el contenido de la imagen de la pantalla.

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

PCM screw locking lacquer

1. Loosen the side fastening screw a few turns.

2. Insert a hexagon-socket wrench sideways into the screw connection of the PCM detent

hooks.

3. Close the detents (2 each side) with an Allen key -A- and carefully pull out the

PCM.

4. For reinstallation, open the detents with the hexagon-socket wrench -B- .

The number of plug connections will vary, depending on the I No. (CD changer, amplifier, etc.).
The variant without additional audio components (external Most control units) has a jumper (output to input)
connected to the optical waveguide plug.

5. Unlock antenna plug -D, E- and remove.

6. Unlock and disconnect the electrical plug connections in the order -A, B, C- .

PCM plug connections

1. Push on the electrical plug connections for the display and operator control unit in the sequence -C, B, A-

and the antenna amplifiers -D, E- until the plugs are felt to engage.

2. Check that the locking tabs on the PCM are out, open the lock with an Allen key if necessary.

Note

Before sliding the PCM/radio into the installation slot, make sure that the electric lines are not trapped by the
PCM/radio or damaged .
After installation of a new display and PCM/radio operator control unit, the system must be activated with the
PIWIS tester 9718

3. Push the navigation unit into the installation slot until the locks engage on the PCM

housing.
