Removing motor for lumbar support

Removing support for left backrest side part

Installation Location:

Installation position of motor for lumbar support

Removing support for left backrest side part

1. Unscrew the four fastening screws -1- and remove support for backrest side part -2- .

Taking off foam part

Installation Location:

Installation position of control valve for lumbar support adjustment

Taking off foam part

1. Remove foam part -1- at the

headrest.

Pulling hose off the control valve for lumbar support

1. Pull the white hose -1- off the control valve for lumbar support -2- .

Pulling hose out of the backrest frame

2. Pull the white hose -1- out of the backrest frame -2- .

Removing motor for lumbar support

3. Release plug connection -1- ( -arrow a- ) and disconnect it -arrows B- .

4. Take motor for lumbar support -2- out of the backrest frame ( -arrow C- ) and pull the hose -3- along with

the motor out of the backrest frame -arrow D- .

1. Push hose -3- into the backrest frame -arrow A- and insert motor for lumbar support -2- into the backrest

frame -arrow B- .

2. Push plug connection -1- together -arrows C- until it engages securely.

Laying hose on backrest frame

3. Lay the white hose -1- on the backrest frame -2- .
