CHECK FRONT LIFTING MOTOR CIRCUIT HARNESS CONTINUITY

1.

Turn ignition switch OFF.

2.

Disconnect driver seat control unit connector and front lifting motor connector.

3.

Check continuity between driver seat control unit connector B304 terminals 37, 45 and front lifting motor
connector B309 terminals 37, 45.

4.

Check continuity between driver seat control unit connector
B304 terminals 37, 45 and ground.

OK or NG

OK

>> GO TO 4.

NG

>> Repair or replace harness between driver seat control

unit and front lifting motor.

4. 

CHECK DRIVER SEAT CONTROL UNIT OUTPUT SIGNAL

1.

Connect the driver seat control unit connector and front lifting motor connector.

2.

Check voltage between driver seat control unit connector and
ground.

OK or NG

OK

>> Replace front lifting motor.

>> Replace driver seat control unit.

Check Rear Lifting Motor Circuit

Check the following.

Operation malfunction caused by lifter mechanism deformation or pinched harness or other foreign mate-
rials

Operation malfunction caused by foreign materials adhered to the lifter motor or lead screws

pedal adjusting motor connector E113 terminals 1, 2.

4.

Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit
connector M20 terminals 37, 45 and ground.

OK or NG

Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit connector M19 terminal 16, 31, 32 and
door mirror (driver side) connector D2 terminal 8, 9, 10.

4.

Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit
connector M19 terminal 16, 31, 32 and ground.

OK or NG

>> GO TO 4.

>> Repair or replace harness between automatic drive positioner control unit and door mirror (driver

side).

door mirror (passenger side) connector D32 terminal 8, 9, 10.

4.

Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit
connector M19 terminal 14, 15, 30 and ground.

OK or NG

CHECK DOOR MIRROR FUNCTION

Check the following items.
Operation malfunction in memory control
NOTE:
If a door mirror face position is set to an implausible angle, the set position may not be reproduced.

OK or NG

OK

>> GO TO 2.

NG

>> Repair the malfunctioning parts, and check the symptom again.

2. 

CHECK MIRROR SENSOR CHECK

 With CONSULT–II

Check that “ON” is displayed on “MIR/SE RH R–L, MIR/SE RH U–
D" in the DATA MONITOR. 

 Without CONSULT–II

1.

Turn ignition switch ACC.

2.

Check voltage between door mirror (passenger side) connector and ground.

OK or NG

OK

>> Mirror sensor RH is OK.

NG

>> GO TO 3.

6 (L/Y) – 4 (L/Y)

:Continuity should exist.

22 (G) – 1 (G)

:Continuity should exist.

:Continuity should not exist.

CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY 1

1.

Turn ignition switch OFF.

2.

Disconnect automatic drive positioner control unit and door mirror (passenger side) connector.

3.

Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit connector M20 terminal 33, 41 and door
mirror (passenger side) connector D32 terminal 3, 2.

4.

Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit
connector M20 terminal 33, 41 and ground.

OK or NG

OK

>> GO TO 4.

NG

>> Repair or replace harness between automatic drive

positioner control unit and door mirror (passenger side).

4. 

CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY 2

1.

Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit
connector M19 terminal 5, 21 and door mirror (passenger side)
connector D32 terminal 1, 4.

2.

Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit
connector M19 terminal 5, 21 and ground.

OK or NG

OK

>> Replace door  mirror (passenger side).

NG

>> Repair or replace harness between automatic drive positioner control unit and door mirror (pas-

senger side).

:Continuity should exist.
