Removal and Installation

Removal

2. NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component
is removed for access only.

Installation

1. 

CAUTION: The airbag tether is mounted under this

component. Do not trap during installation.

Install the A-pillar trim panel and tighten the new Torx screw to 3
Nm (2.2 lb.ft).

Removal

• NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the B-pillar lower trim panel.

WARNING: Make sure that a new bolt is

installed.

Torque: 40 Nm

Torque: 25 Nm
