(21) Remove the manual cooling fan and let set inside of the fan shroud. (22) Remove the intercooler inlet and outlet hoses from the vehicle (Fig. 8). (23) Disconnect the breather hose and remove the fresh air inlet tube from the vehicle (Fig. 9). (24) Remove the radiator overflow hose from the radiator (25) Remove the upper radiator hose from the vehicle. (26) Disconnect the electric radiator cooling fan electrical connector. (27) Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Group 24, Heating and Air Conditioning for the procedure. (28) Remove the intake air duct from the vehicle (Fig. 10). (29) Remove the power steering cooler retaining bolts (Fig. 10) and position the cooler aside. (30) Remove the suction and discharge lines from the condenser assembly (Fig. 10). (31) Remove the fan shroud and both cooling fans as an assembly from the vehicle.
