REMOVAL 

1.

Release front air cover clips, and remove front air guide.

2.

Remove front grille. Refer to 

EI-21, "FRONT GRILLE"

 .

3.

Remove bolts at the edge of engine undercover. 

4.

Remove bolts and clips of both front fender protectors (LH/RH). (on front side)

5.

Remove screws from both front fenders (LH/RH).

6.

Remove clips from upper bracket assembly. 

7.

Disconnect bumper fascia from bumper clips.

8.

Disconnect fog lamp harness connectors (LH/RH).

9.

Remove bumper fascia assembly.

CAUTION:

When removing bumper fascia, 2 workers are required so as to prevent it from dropping.

10. Remove bumper fin (LH/RH).

11. Disengage clips, and remove bumper grille (LH/RH).

12. Disengage clips, and remove ACC finisher.

13. Remove license plate bracket bolts, and remove licence plate bracket.

14. Remove bumper molding (LH/RH).

15. Remove fog lamp (LH/RH). Refer to 

LT-77, "FRONT FOG LAMP"

 .

16. Remove bumper energy absorber.

17. Remove bumper reinforcement nuts, and remove bumper reinforcement assembly.

18. Remove bumper stay nuts/bolts, and remove bumper stay

assembly (LH/RH).

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal. 

NOTE:
After installing, perform fitting adjustment.
