Removal of Floor Duct

1.

Remove front seats and console box. Refer to 

IP-11, "Removal

and Installation"

 .

2.

Remove front kicking plate and dash side finisher.

3.

Peel back floor trim to a point where floor duct is visible. 

4.

Remove floor duct No. 2 (left and right).

5.

Remove mounting screw from floor duct No. 1.

6.

Remove floor duct No. 1 (left and right). 

INSTALLATION

Installation is basically the reverse order of removal.

SETTING OF SERVICE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
Discharging Refrigerant

WARNING:

Avoid breathing A/C refrigerant and lubricant vapor or mist. Exposure may irritate eyes, nose and
throat. Remove HFC-134a (R-134a) from A/C system using certified service equipment meeting
requirements of SAE J-2210 HFC-134a (R-134a) recycling equipment or J-2201 HFC-134a (R-134a)
recovery equipment. If accidental system discharge occurs, ventilate work area before resuming ser-
vice. Additional health and safety information may be obtained from refrigerant and lubricant manu-
facturers.
