SE-48 < COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS > SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH Is the inspection result normal? YES >> Check intermittent incident. Refer to GI-38, "Intermittent Incident" . NO >> GO TO 2. 2. CHECK SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH CIRCUIT 1. Disconnect passenger seat control unit connector and seat belt buckle switch connector. 2. Check continuity between passenger seat control unit harness connector and seat belt buckle switch har- 3. Check continuity between passenger seat control unit harness connector and ground. Is the inspection result normal? YES >> GO TO 3. NO >> Repair or replace harness. 3. CHECK SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT Check continuity between seat belt buckle switch harness connector and ground. Is the inspection result normal? YES >> GO TO 4. NO >> Repair or replace harness. 4. CHECK PASSENGER SEAT CONTROL UNIT OUTPUT 1. Connect passenger seat control unit connector. 2. Check voltage between passenger seat control unit harness connector and ground. Is the inspection result normal? YES >> GO TO 5. NO >> Replace passenger seat control unit. Refer to SE-165, "Removal and Installation" . 5. CHECK SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH SE-49, "PASSENGER SIDE : Component Inspection" Is the inspection result normal? YES >> Check intermittent incident.
