Check encoder (driver side) circuit.
Refer to

YES

>> GO TO 3.

NO

>> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.

Is the result normal?

YES

>> Check intermittent incident. Refer to
