Preliminary work - servo motor for headlight levelling system

1. Remove main headlight. → 941519 Removing and installing headlight - chapter on "Removing"

1. Unscrew four fastening screws -1- from the cap.

2. Release cap once at the top and twice at the bottom -a- and remove from the main

headlight.

1. Unscrew the two fastening screws -1- for the servo motor.

2. Slide servo motor vertically downwards and remove.

3. Disconnect electrical plug connection from servo motor and remove the servo motor.

Note

After reinstallation or installation of a new servo motor for the headlight levelling system, the headlight must
be calibrated.

1. Push electric plug onto the servo motor until it is felt to

engage.

2. Engage servo motor in the actuator for the main headlight and push servo motor

upwards.

3. Screw down the servo motor with the two fastening screws.
